Number Cruncher is a application designed to help students of psychology and other social science disciplines with statistical
data analysis without the need for complex equation and calculations. The software is designed for students studying at GCSE and A-Level.
Simply enter the values into the spreadsheet like interface and click the calculate button, number Cruncher does the rest.
The software includes a number of different statistical tests: chi-squared; Wilcoxon; Mann-Whitney; Pearson's, Spearman's; related and
unrelated t-tests and sign test. Number Cruncher presents the results which then the student will use to reach a conclusion about the
study they have undertaken.
Other features include the ability to import data from a csv/excel spreadsheet; print results; amend data and save results to your computer.
The software is also designed to be compatible with most school network configurations.
Number Cruncher was developed by Gwerdy Software for Uniview Ltd through the Liverpool University led Business Bridge programme.
