only store personal information such as email address or name when you have provided it to us. This information is
never passed on to any third parties. Below you will find details about what information is currently stored by

Gwerdy Web Site
The Gwerdy web site currently stores no personal information about you with the exception of the newsletter, which is explained below and the forum.
If you sign-up for the support forums then a small amount of data (that you will have provided) might be stored in a secure database. This data is never used
other than by the forum software itself. A cookie may be stored on your machine if you are a forum user, this is just to allow you to login automatically
when revisiting the site and for other forum related purposes such as remembering which posts you have and have not read.
This site like any other web site on the Internet does store anonymous user details such as browser type, operating system,
screen resolution etc along with statistics on page view numbers and download counters. This information is used solely as a
research tool to ensure the web site is viewable on 99.99% of all our visitors systems.
Gwerdy Newsletter
The Gwerdy newsletter's sole aim is to communicate information about our products, services and site to interested users along with
any other information we think may prove useful. We do not expect to be sending out emails more than roughly once a month.
The only information we store for the newsletter is your email address, you can unsubscribe at any time and
we will remove your email address from our records. Your email address is stored securely and is never passed on to any other
party.
Gwerdy Software
We at Gwerdy hate spyware and adware as much as everybody else that is why all Gwerdy Software is 100% free
of spyware and adware. Software is checked with up-to date anti-virus programs before being released, but as always you should run your own
scans on any programs downloaded from the internet. The software will not collect any information from your system beyond what it needs to carry
out its job (if any). Gwerdy software may, for software registration reasons send basic information that your have
provided back to the internet from the software for ordering purposes only. This information may be stored securely
by us to be used in customer support issues but as mentioned above is never made public. Gwerdy Software does not
store any credit card or bank details, all transfers are currently conducted through PayPal only, we have no access
to your payment details other than the confirmation payment has been made.
